Our formula prioritizes hydration with a water-based approach. Applying Miracle Oil after face cream allows the oil to lock in moisture, preventing water loss.

Regardless of the products you use, the concept of “water first, oil last” ensures effective hydration. For example, with heavier, oil-based moisturizers, they can serve as the final step to seal in moisture. There’s no rigid order—our sequence is based on ingredient properties to ensure your skin receives optimal nourishment.

Why is NBN’s Miracle Oil a half-water, half-oil formula?

Our Miracle Oil is specially formulated for humid Asian climates, where people generally prefer non-sticky skincare products. We combine ultra-hydrating hydrosols with lightweight, easily absorbed golden jojoba oil. This blend locks in essence and moisture, leaving the skin nourished without feeling greasy.

Why do the scent and color of NBN products vary slightly with repeat purchases?

As NBN uses organic, pure natural ingredients, we enforce strict inventory standards to ensure every customer receives fresh, high-quality products. Due to the natural nature of our ingredients, slight variations in color or scent may occur between batches, but these do not affect efficacy or usability. We carefully select stable, high-quality suppliers and strive to maintain consistent scent and color to provide the best skincare experience.

Where do the raw materials come from?

Our raw materials are sourced from the USA, Germany, the UK, and France, meeting EU standards and food-grade certifications in the UK and USA. Each ingredient comes with quality certifications, ensuring safe use. We also rigorously manage import batches, allowing traceability of ingredients in every bottle for safety and effectiveness.

Why do NBN’s cleansing products produce minimal foam?

The amount of foam is not directly related to cleansing effectiveness. High-foam cleansers tend to be alkaline, which can dry out the skin, especially for sensitive or dry skin types. Our cleansing products are gentle, low-foam, and formulated with a pH range of 4.5–6.5, close to the skin’s natural pH, making them suitable for all skin types.

Why does my Miracle Eye Oil have clumped sediment?

The main ingredient of Miracle Eye Oil comes from organic breadfruit oil from tropical Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. It is a very stable oil that is easily absorbed by the skin. It can prolong its shelf life if stored in a cool, dark place. Of course, if the oil encounters cold weather, there is a chance that it will solidify and clump. If your Miracle Eye Oil clumps, you can try soaking the bottle in hot water at 35-40 degrees Celsius to wait for the clumps to dissolve. This will not affect the effectiveness and use.

Why do I notice rubbery residue after applying face cream?

What delivery services does NBN offer?

We offer standard delivery and shipping to designated SF Express smart lockers/pickup points in Hong Kong.

How much is the shipping cost?

Free shipping for orders over HK$600. Orders below HK$600 incur a HK$40 shipping fee (Hong Kong only). For international customers, please contact our customer service for inquiries.

What areas does the standard delivery service cover?

This service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some outlying islands (excluding designated areas such as Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Island). NOTE: PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.

Is it possible to deliver to multiple addresses in one order?

Can't. Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you need to deliver to multiple addresses, you need to place separate orders.

What is the standard delivery time?

Normally, orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, remote areas may take an additional 1-2 working days. Delivery time is from 9am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.

What should I pay attention to when delivering goods?

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (excluding public holidays).
  • Holidays or adverse weather may delay delivery.
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation.

How long does it take to pick up the package from the SF Express smart locker?

The package must be collected within 24 hours of receiving the SMS notification. If you have any difficulties, please call SF Express Customer Service Hotline directly: +852 2730 0273.

How can I track my delivery status or change my delivery address?

Please contact SF Express Customer Service directly for tracking or address changes. Any additional costs incurred due to address change are to be borne by the customer.
