Membership Policy
The Natal By Nature Membership Points Program (the “Program”) is the membership program of Natal By Nature (hereinafter “NBN Club”). NBN is dedicated to providing you with the purest natural skincare experience. By becoming a member, you can enjoy an exclusive points program to redeem various benefits and information, as well as participate in future member-exclusive events. All users who meet the following conditions can join the Program for free: (1) visit the NBN website (the “Website”); and (2) read and explicitly agree to the terms to register for the membership program. Upon successful registration, members can participate in activities related to the Program.
1. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to register as an NBN Club member. By successfully registering, you (the “User”) confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Membership Policy and its terms and conditions.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify the terms of use and membership policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the Program’s activities, you accept the revised terms and conditions.
3. Membership Points Program Details
Each user may register as a member only once; additional membership applications are not accepted.

3.1 Points are valid for one year, calculated based on your cumulative spending over the past 12 months.
3.2 For every HKD 1 spent, members earn 1 point. Points can be accumulated and used to offset the cost of the next purchase, with every 100 points redeemable for HKD 1. Points can also be accumulated to redeem skincare products or trial sizes (if available).
3.3 Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.4 Cash discount codes redeemed from points are valid for 60 days; please use them within this period.
4. Use of Services and Registration
Users must register a membership account to access the Website’s member services, participate in member activities, or use accumulated points for purchases. In all online and offline registration forms and other documents submitted to NBN, users must provide all required information, which must be accurate, current, and complete, and must not misuse or misappropriate any third-party information. Users are fully responsible for the information provided and are obligated to periodically update it to ensure it remains current. NBN reserves the absolute discretion to refuse registration or cancel a membership account.
Users must keep their account login password, personal information, or other registration details confidential and are responsible for their security. If a user’s password or information is used or accessed by others without authorization, the user must immediately notify NBN. NBN will take all actions it deems appropriate to ensure the security and integrity of your information.
If a member participates in any activities dishonestly, violates activity rules, creates multiple accounts, misuses others’ information, uses malicious software, or engages in any behavior that clearly violates fairness, NBN reserves all rights, including immediate suspension, deletion of the relevant account, or cancellation of participation in registered activities. NBN shall not be liable for any inability to participate in activities due to computer, network, telephone, technical issues, or other reasons beyond NBN’s control, nor for any delays, losses, errors, unrecognizable, or damaged data submitted or recorded. NBN is also not responsible for any losses incurred by users due to participation in the Program or its activities.
If the Program cannot be executed due to force majeure, NBN reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program. In case of any disputes, NBN’s system records shall prevail. NBN retains the final decision-making authority in all matters related to the Program, including but not limited to member approval or cancellation of membership, and members may not object.

5. Governing Law and General Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
